Returns and Exchanges
You can return the product in its original condition. (Please note that the company does not accept the returns that have already been opened).
You will receive a full refund within 14 working days after we received the product. You must notify us within 3 working days after receiving
the product from us.
In case you would like to return a product, you must take the delivery cost yourself. The company will not accept any damaged goods incurred
during the transportation. Therefore, we recommend you use the registered parcel with the reliable shipping company.

- We reserve the right to change our Satisfaction Guarantee policy at any time.
- For the return or exchange, please adhere to these following conditions.
STEP 1 : Notify the Return
Please inform us within 3 working days after you received the product and always mention your order number
when you contact our customer service at 095-664-5519 during Mon – Fri / 9.00 -18.00
STEP 2 : Check Order Information
We will check your order information and contact you within 1-3 working days and will inform you
the product returns or exchanges approval or ask for more information if required.
STEP 3 : Returns the Product
To avoid any damage during shipping process, please wrap the product carefully. Please note that returns need to include the sender’s signature.
Once we receive your return from our warehouse we will proceed with the refund for you as soon as possible.
STEP 4 : Refund Process
The refund process will take 3 – 7 working days for a credit card and 7-14 working days for
refunds by cheque. If you pay by credit card, we will refund through the credit card system but if you pay by cash or bank transfer ,
we will refund by cheque and sent it to the address that you provided us.
However we will inform you about the refund via email.
